1. Who we are

2. Categories of personal data we collect

• Identity and contact data: first and last name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address.
• Order data: products purchased, sizes, quantities, order value, order history, delivery status and support correspondence.
• Payment data: payment method type, transaction reference, authorisation result and billing country. Full card numbers and security codes are entered on our payment provider's secure page and are never stored by us.
• Marketing data: newsletter subscription status, the baby-stage preference you optionally share, and email engagement.
• Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser type, approximate region, pages viewed, referring URL, and cart contents stored in your browser.

We do not knowingly collect data directly from children. Information about your baby (such as an age range) is supplied by you as the parent or guardian for sizing and recommendations only.

3. Purposes and legal bases for processing

• To fulfil your order — process payment, ship goods, provide tracking, handle returns and refunds. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• To provide customer support — answer questions, resolve delivery issues. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interests.
• To prevent fraud and secure the Site — verify transactions, detect abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interests and legal obligation.
• To send marketing emails — offers, new products, sizing guidance. Legal basis: consent, withdrawable at any time.
• To improve products and the Site — aggregate analytics, A/B testing. Legal basis: legitimate interests or consent where required for cookies.
• To meet accounting and tax duties — retain invoices and transaction records. Legal basis: legal obligation.

4. How we process and share data

Data is collected through our checkout, contact form, newsletter form and cookies. It is stored on encrypted infrastructure and access is limited to staff who need it. We share data only with processors who help us operate: our payment provider, shipping carriers, email delivery platform, hosting and analytics providers, and professional advisers. Each is bound by contract to process data only on our instructions. Where data is transferred outside the EEA or UK we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard. We never sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

5. Retention

Order and invoice records are kept for seven years to satisfy tax and accounting law. Support correspondence is kept for three years. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe and then suppressed. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form for up to 26 months.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access a copy of your personal data; correct inaccurate data; delete your data; restrict or object to processing; receive your data in a portable format; withdraw consent at any time; opt out of marketing; and, in California, know what categories of data are collected and disclosed and to opt out of any sale or sharing (we do neither). You will never be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

We verify identity using details linked to your order and reply within 30 days (extendable once by 30 days for complex requests). An authorised agent may act on your behalf with written permission. If you are in the EEA or UK you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

• Strictly necessary: keep your cart, session and security protections working. These cannot be switched off.
• Preference: remember your dismissal of the welcome offer and other choices.
• Analytics: help us understand which pages and products are useful, in aggregate.
• Marketing: measure the effectiveness of our advertising, only with your consent.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings and withdraw analytics or marketing consent at any time. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop checkout from working.

8. Security

We use TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, least-privilege access control and regular dependency patching. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

9. Changes to this policy

We will post any update on this page with a new "last updated" date and, for material changes, notify subscribers by email.
