1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Soft Nest Care ("we", "us", "our"), operator of soft-nest-care.shop (the "Site"). By browsing the Site, creating an account, subscribing to our emails or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Our obligations to you

• We will describe our products, their materials and their prices accurately.
• We will process accepted orders promptly, normally packing within one business day, and keep you informed of dispatch and tracking.
• We will handle payments through a secure, PCI-compliant payment provider and never store your full card details on our servers.

• We will honour the rights described in our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping & Payment Policy, which form part of these Terms.

3. Orders, prices and acceptance

All prices are shown in US dollars. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is out of stock, where a price or description error has occurred, where payment is declined, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or resale in breach of these Terms. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

4. Intellectual property rights

The Site and all of its content — including the Soft Nest Care name and logo, NestShield® and SoftShield® marks, product photography, illustrations, page layouts, copy and source code — are owned by Soft Nest Care or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape, resell, frame, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and respectfully. You may:

• browse products, place orders for personal or household use, and contact support;
• share links to our public pages.

You must not:

• submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, or use another person's payment method without authorisation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its accounts, or its underlying infrastructure;
• introduce malware, run automated scraping or bulk data collection, or place unreasonable load on our systems;
• resell our products as new or represent yourself as an authorised distributor without a written agreement;
• infringe our intellectual property or the rights of any third party;
• use the Site to publish unlawful, defamatory, harassing or obscene content.

6. Product information and health disclaimer

Our products are consumer baby care goods, not medical devices. Descriptions such as "hypoallergenic", "dermatologist-tested" and "fragrance-free" describe formulation and testing standards; they are not a guarantee that no individual will react. Nothing on the Site is medical advice. If your child has a persistent rash, broken skin, or a suspected allergy, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. 8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soft Nest Care and its officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total aggregate liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Soft Nest Care harmless from claims, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.

10. Third-party services and links

Payments, shipping, analytics and email delivery are handled by third-party providers under their own terms. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Modifications to these terms
